    Christopher Neufeld

Christopher R. Neufeld concentrates his legal practice on commercial acquisitions, business development, financing and leasing; drawing upon his prior experience in New York City as a corporate securities attorney on Wall Street. 

His practice includes the representation of both established and emerging businesses in merger, acquisition, divestiture and related reorganization transactions, including the structuring, negotiating and documenting of a vast array of commercial transactions.  Mr. Neufeld’s legal counsel is frequently sought amidst corporate crisis, whether arising internally or externally, to overcome the legal and/or financial turmoil that is adversely impacting corporate clients.

His expertise in the areas of international business and trade, which includes providing extensive service to the logistics and transportation industries, together with his involvement in the globalization of software and technology ventures, emanates from working closely with corporate clients and understanding their particular businesses.  His dedication to their ultimate success is foremost in his every legal calculation and negotiation.

Mr. Neufeld also advises in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of structured financings, leases and securitization transactions, together with their modification, advancement and where necessary, enforcement.
