David completed his LL.B. with a concentration in Business Law. Following his call to the Bar David engaged in a Corporate Commercial practice in Hamilton before joining Feltmate Delibato Heagle LLP to focus his Corporate and Commercial practice in the Halton region. David’s practice encompasses a full range of corporate matters, commercial and residential real estate.
David has developed a complimentary employment law practice to assist corporate employers with all stages of the employment relationship. In this area David advises employers on the preparation of employment agreements, managing the employment relationship and preparing termination packages.

Community Involvement
A lifelong Oakville resident, and Appleby College alumnus, David enjoys living in Oakville with his wife and two children. David is an Executive Director of the Halton Provincial Progressive Conservative Association, and has volunteered as a Long Distance Running Instructor (David is a multiple finisher of the Around the Bay Road Race and a number of Marathons).
