   Fulvio J. Delibato

Fulvio Delibato was called to the Bar in 1984 and is a partner with Feltimate Delibato Heagle LLP. Fulvio’s practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate and infrastructure projects. He has experience in commercial and residential real estate sales and purchases, subdivisions, real estate joint ventures, project development and construction, lending, loan restructuring and workouts, and related real property matters throughout Ontario.

Fulvio also has an active family law practice, in which he brings his varied experience to resolving contentious marital disputes.

Fulvio has acted on:

• Acquisitions and dispositions of all property classes such as office, retail, industrial, condominium, mixed-use, single-tenant and multi-tenant residential real estate.
• Real estate financings, together with the preparation and negotiation of guarantees, indemnities and provisions regarding security deposits, security interests and letters of credit.
• Development of real property; including site acquisition, financing, partnership and joint-venture structuring, construction contracts, approvals for entitlements and municipal permitting, and sales.

Fulvio is extremely passionate about art and attended the Academy of Realist Art in Toronto.
