James Tuck

James Tuck has been a commercial lawyer and litigator since 1996. A lifelong resident of Burlington, he is general counsel to numerous small to medium-sized businesses, with a special emphasis on information technology enterprises. James is also an active member of the community and currently serves as the President of Burlington's Sound of Music Festival, one of the largest free outdoor music festivals in Ontario.

As a litigator, James has delivered effective representation before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and a number of specialty courts.
