Kimberley practices in the areas of litigation, administrative law, and real estate. She began her career working with Teranet, a large corporation charged with the task of converting the properties in Ontario from the Registry system to the Land Titles system.

Her academic focus is on Constitutional Law and she is currently pursuing her masters in Constitutional Litigation. Kimberley is listed as a contributing author of the Aboriginal Law Handbook published by Carswell. She is currently the Vice-President of Aboriginal Legal Services of Toronto, and a member of the Executive for the Aboriginal section of the Ontario Bar Assocation.  She also serves as a director for the Halton County Law Association and is a member of The Advocates' Society.

In her spare time Kimberley enjoys spending time with her horse, triathlons and long distance running.
