Paul Lawson
Paul joined the firm in 2006 as an articling student. His practice focuses on Business Law, including Corporate Structuring, Corporate purchase and sale transactions, Corporate Real Estate, Financing, Shareholder Agreements and Estate Planning matters. Paul is also an active Residential Real Estate Lawyer assisting home buyers and sellers in the Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton Ontario area.

Community Involvement
Paul has always been an active member of the community, through both athletic pursuits, and organizations aimed at making the Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton Ontario area a better place for all. He has been a longtime member of the Dundas Real McCoys, competing at Canada’s highest level of amateur hockey. Paul also suits up for the Hamilton Wildcats of the Ontario Australian Football League.
Paul is a member of the Board of Directors for the Hamilton Bulldogs Foundation, which supports numerous initiatives aimed at improving quality of life for local children, and is involved with GenNext, the United Way’s fundraising arm.
