Peter Welsh

Peter practices Corporate and Commercial Law as Counsel to Feltmate/Delibato/Heagle LLP. His practice encompasses financial services, insolvency/bankruptcy, restructuring, shareholder and partnership dispute resolution, business succession planning, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Peter graduated from McMaster University (B.A, Economics, 1966), University of New Brunswick (LL.B., 1972) and University of Western Ontario Richard Ivy School of Business (M.B.A., 1975) and was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 1973 and Ontario in 1977. He has practiced for nearly 30 years on behalf of international and domestic publicly traded corporations, entrepreneurs and financial institutions.

Peter brings to his institutional clients a vast experience in financing transactions as well as first hand experience in institutional processes, transactional requirements and reporting functions.
