Vince is an Oakville Real Estate Lawyer serving the local and surrounding communities. He was called to Ontario’s Law Society of Upper Canada in 2000 and previously admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1997. He possesses a unique combination of private, in-house and government practice.
Prior to joining Feltmate Delibato Heagle LLP, Vince practiced as Legal Counsel at the Regional Municipality of Peel, as Legal Counsel at multinational title insurance companies, included being appointed National Director of Underwriting, as well as several years of private practice at Bay Street law firms and most recently as a Real Estate Lawyer in Burlington.
Vince’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate and leasing, financing, contract/commercial law and estate planning. He has represented individuals, partnerships, corporations, lenders, landlords, tenants, developers and builders.
Vince’s work ethic can be described as practical, with the capacity to evaluate all issues to properly protect clients in all aspects and complete transactions producing professional results while adhering to strict deadlines.
