Denise Hebb
Denise regularly represents clients in diverse family matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning/administration, and complex family law matters, drawing on her extensive negotiating skills and litigation experience to assist clients in all aspects of her practice. Denise is a strong and direct advocate for her clients.
Denise's expertise includes negotiating settlements, Court advocacy, drafting Court documents, settlement agreements, and wills and estate planning/administration. She has been practicing in the Burlington and Hamilton area since 1998, both in private practice and for the Children’s Aid Society of Hamilton.
Given the unique and personal nature of wills, trusts, estate administration and family law, Denise enjoys the personal connections she makes with clients and assisting them plan for their future. Denise has also shifted her focus to a settlement- oriented family law practice whereby she encourages clients to assist in building their own framework to resolve their family law issues. Denise is extremely results oriented and has developed a great insight into how families should settle their financial matters, be it through will and estate planning or family law settlement agreements. Denise is a lifelong resident of Burlington and enjoys close ties with the community where she lives with her husband, Derek, and their four active children. Denise has been active in the Canadian Cancer Society, Halton Support Services, Joseph Brant Hospital, the Elizabeth Fry Society, a Legal Aid clinic volunteer and a past chair and long-time member of a Halton Catholic District school parent council.
